Sarah Rhodes serves as Entrepreneurship Business Resident and is responsible for supporting the Economic Development Administration (EDA) Grant and the launch of the Beverage Business Institute. Sarah works alongside other campus partners in the Regional Economic Development Institute, supporting entrepreneurship & innovation programing, planning and technical support to diversify economic opportunities in Colorado. While also pursuing her masters degree in the inaugural cohort of the Agribusiness and Food Innovation Management Masters.
